Hi, I'm Danila and I offer a space for your raw, unpolished self.

No role to play. No need to explain yourself. No need to be “better,” clearer, calmer, or more together.

You can arrive exactly as you are.

Tired, uncertain, messy, emotional, numb, open, restless, quiet — everything is welcome here.

This is not about self-improvement or fixing yourself.

It is a one-to-one space for presence, where we simply allow whatever is here to unfold.

A pause from performance, it is a place to be with what is present, without pressure to change it.

You are free to speak, sit in silence, lose your train of thought, laugh, cry, or say nothing at all.

There is no expectation to have a story, a goal, or even a reason for coming.

Only presence.

You don’t need to prepare anything before coming. You can simply arrive as you are, and start wherever you are.

How It Works

  • One-to-one online sessions via phone or video call — 30 to 60 minutes

  • A 30-minute first session is offered at no cost

  • Confidential and never recorded

  • To support the continuation of this offering, sessions are available by donation. The suggested donation is $90, though you are welcome to offer what feels aligned with your circumstances.

This is your time and your space. I am here with you, holding the space, but it unfolds entirely according to you. You don’t need to perform it, structure it, or get it “right.” Speak, stay quiet, move, pause, or simply be — all are welcome.

Some sessions are full of words, others are mostly silence. Both are equally welcome. My presence is constant, but the pace and shape are entirely yours.

Kindly note that this is not therapy, coaching, or crisis support. It is a simple human space to be exactly as you are.
